Painting on a canvas
About this project:
After learning all about pop-art; its technique and his famous artists, I drew one myself. I first chose an image that I wanted to draw and copied it on the canvas. Then I had to choose the colors I wanted to choose, black and white acrylics. And later I had to make a 5 different colors from those two, from darker to the lighter.
Reflection:
I think this is the projects that I enjoyed the most in my entire life, it was very fun to use different materials. I surprised how good it looked at the end It wasn´t too easy but luckily the paints were acrylics so I could paint on top of the others until I liked it. I think the easiest part was to copy the image bigger on the canvas because I had a guidance. The hardest part instead was painting because it was difficult to always make the same tone of color each time. One thing I would like to improve are the teeth because it seems I just putter white paint on them.
